Hello there! It’s time for a new edition of Garden of the Week, brimming with colour, fresh inspiration and important information. Wipe down your wellies, grab a cuppa or whatever you fancy, take a seat and continue reading, as I bring you the latest garden news!
Did you know a large number of weevils have been entering garden inspections with designs bursting with all the signs of spring, along with dazzling decorations the Easter Bunny would certainly approve of? Thank you for the submissions! The quality of entries was acceptable, though I do think weevils could have pushed themselves a little further. April was a month to celebrate the awakening of spring, classic and rare seeds, new items and fresh gardening trends. What a wonderful pool of creative talent we have across the Binscape! You’re all so imaginative! I could hardly believe my luck when I spotted two absolute beauties, bursting with colour and variety.
So, without further ado, please join me in saying congratulations to Dragonite our latest Garden of the Week winner! Excellent job. The grand-prize winner earns an exclusive trophy, Bin Badge star and Garden of the Week Backdrop to display in pride. Dragonite’s full-size garden is now on display inside the Garden Shop!
It’s also time for a runner-up! Khyber. Well done! They’ve earned a golden petal fence (if they haven’t already), a nest poster and a Garden of the Week Bin Badge star.

Finally, enjoy what you have, hope for what you lack! Take care my lovelies, cheerio!
