Double coil, double trouble! After striking a deal with a most wicked witch, I was soaring across the spooky bin filled with eerie attractions and menacing monsters. EEK! Once I’d set my broom aside, I decided to pop round and pay a visit to my friend, the Vampire, who resides at Flem’s Manor and had such a lovely time!

Meanwhile, I sent weevils away with a task to decorate and grow a Halloween Garden to really capture the spirit of spooky season. And, oh my – I was blown away by the petrifying photos sent to me! A huge thank you to all the weevils who took part! With so many imaginative eerie garden entries, choosing winners this week was no easy task, but I’ve now selected two outstanding gardens!

So, without further ado, please join me in saying congratulations to RenamedLemon, our latest Garden of the Week winner! Excellent job. The grand-prize winner earns an exclusive trophy, Bin Badge star and Garden of the Week Backdrop to display in pride. RenamedLemon’s full-size garden is now on display inside the Garden Shop!

It’s also time for a runner-up! Niall. Well done! They receive a golden petal fence and nest poster.

Ready to flex your green fingers? It’s not too late! Get involved to have your garden inspected and win prizes. Find out more here!

Keep those delightfully spooky ‘Halloween’ designs coming my way. I can’t wait to see them all weevils! Don’t forget that there will be bonus Garden of the Week editions throughout October. Using the garden camera, send me a photo by 31/10/2025 for a chance of earning a bronze, silver or gold trophy, free gifts and you might be a winner, too!
